They say it's vegan leather from recycled plastic bottles, so it's not actual animal hide. Feels pretty good for faux leather, not super plasticky.

It's a mini bag, so don't expect to cram a ton in there. Phone, keys, and a tiny wallet, maybe. Depends on your phone size too.
